FAQ

This section provides answers to Frequently Asked Questions. We are always adding to this list. If you don't find the answer to your question, please e-mail or call us.

1. Is is legal to fax people without their permission?
It is not legal!
You should have permission to fax or have a previous relationship with the people you are sending your fax to.
Many states have statutes saying that it is not legal to fax unsolicited material for the sale of goods or services. This is somewhat vague in areas.

2. How can you fax to over 700 office? Do you have their authorization?
Yes! Over 10 years ago we did extensive mailings and went door to door talking with  people to get written permission to fax to them.

3. How can I be added to the list to receive THE FAX?
Just FAX us a note on your Company letterhead saying that you would like to be added to our list or click here.
FAX 561.499.1089.

This section provides useful technical information for our clients. Here you will find the details on how you can set up and send us your information.

1. What format do you need the client list in?
dBase (.dbf) or ASCII text (comma delimited)

2. How can I send you our document to be faxed?
Email is the best way.
Please indicate what program and version you are using.
Main supported formats:
Pagemaker
Text
Word
Word Perfect
Ask about other formats.

3. How much notice must we give you before our job can be faxed out?
The more time you give us the better. One week notice is preferred, however we are able to accommodate last minute emergency FAXing.

4. How should I design my document for faxing?
Use only black & white, not gray shaded or halftone areas. These slow down your fax transmission & tie up your clients FAX machine. You should also stay away from large amounts of black or colored areas as these also will increase transmission time as well as use up a great deal of toner on plain paper FAX machines. Also use a  sans-serif type face like Arial or Helvetica, they are more legible when FAXed.
